Ally Davis-Burleson, Owner of PoolScapes of TN LLC
Ally is married to Preston, and they recently married in May. Born and raised in the heart of the Smoky Mountains, Ally has a deep connection to the area. This place isn’t just where she lives; it’s her home, rich with family history and roots that run deep in the community. Her favorite place to unwind is on the lake. At home, they are surrounded by their two beloved Goldendoodles, Knox and Peyton, who are their little fur babies.
After graduating from Gatlinburg-Pittman High School in 2018, Ally pursued her passion for business at her dream school, Clemson University, earning her degree in Business Management in 2022. Clemson became a second home, where she formed lifelong friendships.
Following graduation, Ally returned home to fulfill a lifelong dream of being a project manager. Together with her brother and parents, she founded PoolScapes of TN LLC. As the sister company to D&S Builders, PoolScapes of TN reflects the family’s legacy in the construction industry. Ally is passionate about design and project management, especially the thrill of watching drawings come off paper and come to life. Working alongside her family, who have always been her greatest mentors and supporters, Ally feels fortunate to love her work and contribute to the family business she always dreamed of being a part of.
Preston Burleson, Fleet & Equipment Manager at D&S Builders
Preston was born and raised in the heart of Knoxville, TN. He has always had a passion for fixing and working on cars and machinery, a love that began in childhood and has shaped his career today. After graduating from Christian Academy of Knoxville (CAK) in 2017, Preston went on to study Business Management at East Tennessee State University (ETSU), where he earned his degree in 2021.
Following graduation, Preston joined D&S Builders as the Fleet & Equipment Manager. In this role, he oversees all the equipment and vehicles for the company, ensuring everything operates seamlessly. He feels fortunate to do what he loves every day.
Preston’s favorite hobbies include fishing, golfing, and anything outdoors related. His life changed when he met Ally through her brother, Isaiah, who was Preston’s best friend and roommate at the time. Preston and Ally dated throughout their college years, got engaged in December 2022, and were recently married in May 2024. Now, Isaiah not only has a best friend but also a brother for life!
Preston is excited about the future, especially the opportunity to work alongside his partner, Ally. He can’t wait to tackle new adventures together, including their next big challenge—dancing with his partner!
