Anita Frederick, Director of Operations DaVita
Anita Frederick is a southern belle through and through, she was born and raised in Alabama, recently moving with her husband Jeff from Birmingham to Maryville Tennessee. She has loved learning more about East Tennessee and the Sevier County Area since she and Jeff completed their move in December. She is a Dog Mom to two rescue bulldogs and is enjoying all that Sevier County and the surrounding areas have to offer.
Anita received her B.A. degree from Samford University and her M.H.A. from Strayer University. She has worked in clinical medicine in Perfusion before transitioning to Practice Operations with a focus on Nephrology and dialysis clinicians and patients. Outside of work, she spends her time doing Yoga, enjoying the outdoors with the amazing greenway that runs through Maryville, participating in the Sustainer Program for the Junior League of Knoxville, and continuing to find all the hidden gems that her new community has to offer. Anita and Jeff love spending time together exploring, having good food and drinks, and being able to build a new life in East Tennessee.
Anita is thankful to be participating in the Dancing with the Stars event to not only be able to contribute to an amazing cause by raising money for the United Way, but to also be able to continue to grow her relationships in the wonderful new place she gets to call home!
Jeff Frederick, Chief Operations Officer, Citizen’s National Bank
Jeff Frederick serves as the Chief Operations Officer for Citizens National Bank in Sevierville, TN, where he plays a pivotal role in identifying and implementing effective strategies to drive profitability and foster growth. Widely recognized for his visionary leadership in large-scale transformations, Jeff brings expertise in driving profitability and growth through innovative solutions and collaborative teamwork. Before joining CNB, Jeff held leadership positions at Cadence Bank and Regions Bank, where he gained extensive experience in banking operations, program management, and strategic oversight.
Before entering the banking sector, Jeff served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps, deploying overseas multiple times to support Operation Iraqi Freedom and the country’s Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary efforts. His military background instilled valuable leadership traits that have contributed to his success in the corporate world. Jeff also earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Miami University and an MBA from the University of Alabama.
As a recently new resident to East Tennessee, Jeff enjoys exploring the beautiful Smoky Mountains and indulging in his passions for shooting sports, fly fishing, photography, and golf. When not adventuring outdoors, Jeff and his wife Anita are recreational foodies, always on the lookout for new culinary experiences and local eateries. His commitment to personal growth is evident through his involvement in community service projects and his continuous pursuit of new skills and knowledge, both of which will get exercise with his participation in the United Way of Sevier County’s Dancing with the Stars event!
