Lynn Henderson McFall's roots in Sevier County run deep. It's where she was raised, where she and her husband, Mike, built their family, and where she has spent much of her life serving others. Growing up, her family owned and operated Land Air Communications and Radio Shack, instilling an early appreciation for hard work, local business, and importance of public service professionals.

Lynn began her career in local government in 1995 while continuing her education. After graduating from Carson-Newman University in 2002, she worked in civil legal roles with Quilty Title and later the General Sessions Court Clerk's Office, gaining broad experience in the local court system. She now serves in the Public Defender's Office for Tennessee's Fourth Judicial District, covering Sevier, Cocke, Jefferson, and Grainger counties. She calls it the most rewarding job she's had, working alongside dedicated colleagues while serving individuals and families. The experience has deepened her belief that knowing the system matters but using that knowledge to help people matters even more.

In 2026, Lynn took a leap and ran for Sevier County General Sessions Court Clerk. She may not have won that race, but don't count her out — her story of public service isn't finished yet. Her greatest joy is family. Lynn and Mike are the proud parents of five of the best kids ever, and she recently became a LaLa — her sweetest title yet. She remains active in church, community programs, volunteering, and Sevier County Republican Women Party. In their free time, the McFalls enjoy the outdoors, sporting events, their pets, and monthly "Family Fun Day." Lynn is grateful for her roots, proud of the life she and Mike have built, and looks forward to what comes next with faith, determination, and a heart for people.

Mike McFall is a true lifelong resident of Wears Valley in Sevier County, proudly carrying the name of a "Valley Boy." His story starts right here at home, where as a teenager he worked at Ogle's Water Park, a local summer tradition where laughter, some work, and lifelong friendships were formed. From there, Mike stayed rooted in the Valley, working in the family business at Hatcher's Market on Wears Valley Road while attending night classes and earning his degree from Tusculum University — balancing responsibility, education, and commitment to his community.

For the past 26 years, Mike has dedicated his career to the Sevier County Electric System, serving the very community that raised him. Along the way, he has built lasting relationships with coworkers, customers, and neighbors who know him not just as an employee, but as a trusted friend and familiar face. For more than 25 years, he has also poured his heart into coaching youth sports, teaching generations of kids the value of teamwork, discipline, accountability, and giving everything you've got on and off the field.

At the center of it all is family. Mike is married to his wife, Lynn, and is a proud father of five children and most recently, a proud Popee to a beautiful baby boy. When life slows down, the McFall family makes the most of it. Whether it's day trips through the mountains, time outdoors, cheering at sporting events, or their cherished monthly "Family Fun Day," they prioritize what matters most: being together, laughing often, and making memories that last. Through every season of life, Mike McFall remains exactly what he's always been — a grounded, hard-working McFall, shaped by his parents, strengthened by his faith, and committed to the community he proudly calls home.

Hannah is an East Tennessee native and has spent the last 14+ years in the service industry, marketing, community involvement, and business development. She is a people person and genuinely loves meeting new people, building relationships, and finding ways to help. Through CertaPro Painters of East Tennessee, she works with business owners, property managers, and facility teams on their painting, carpentry, repair, and property improvement needs — helping make sure their buildings are taken care of and budget ready. For her, she states, "It's about more than just business."

Hannah is passionate about being involved in the community and using her marketing and relationship-building experience to help make a difference. She is especially excited to be involved with United Way of Sevier County's Dancing with the Stars as a marketer, helping support an event that gives back to the people and organizations that make our community stronger.

"I believe business and community go hand in hand. If we have the opportunity to help someone, make a connection, or give back, I'm all about it." When not working or chasing a new networking opportunity, she can usually be found at a drag strip, somewhere around East Tennessee, or spending time with her family.
