
Dr. Melinda Hallam, Chiropractor – Ratcliff Chiropractic
Dr. Melinda graduated from SCHS in 2003 and obtained her BBA in Marketing from Brenau University Women’s College in Gainesville, Georgia with a minor in Psychology. After working as a massage therapist and having children she decided that she wanted to bring neurological based pediatric chiropractic care to Sevier Co. Dr. Melinda graduated Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, South Carolina 2016 Magna Cum Ludes. Now as a coach for TLC4superteams she spends many weekends traveling and teaching Chiropractic. Dr. Melinda is no stranger to volunteer work. As a Girl Scout Gold Award recipient, the volunteer spirit was instilled in her by her parents, Dr. Craig and Rhonda Ratcliff, at a young age. Now, Dr. Melinda spends countless hours volunteering for Girl Scouts, Sevier County High School Band, and Kiwanis Club of Sevierville.
Dr. Melinda is Sevier County born and raised. A second-generation chiropractor, Dr. Melinda runs her family business Ratcliff Chiropractic. Ratcliff Chiropractic is the longest running Chiropractic office in Sevier County serving patients for over 48 years. Dr. Craig Ratcliff has been called the godfather of Chiropractic and Dr. Melinda is happy to continue the legacy.

Phil Hallam – Co-owner & Designer-LeConte Cabinetry
Phil took a much further path to get to Sevier County, all the way from Isle of Wight England. Phil and Melinda met in London. Phil was installing furniture he had made while working for Viscount Linley. Melinda likes to say the best things are imported wine, cheese, and husbands. Phil obtained a degree in furniture design and construction from Rycotewood College in Thame, England prior to moving to Whitby England to spend the next 7 years making bespoke furniture. After moving to Sevierville, Phil spent 15 years working for Commercial Door in Hardware and last year with his partner, Jordan Shelton, started LeConte Cabinetry.
Together they have 2 beautiful daughters Abigail (Junior) and Roslyn (Freshman) both at SCHS. Abigail is a Drum Major and Roslyn is a majorette in the marching band! In their free time the family enjoys traveling, tent camping at the lake, and snow skiing.

Sheila has lived in Sevier County her entire life and is proud to call it home. She serves as the Branch Manager and Assistant Vice President at Citizens National Bank, where she has dedicated 29 years to serving our community.
Beyond her career, she states she is passionate about fundraising and giving back. As captain of her bank’s Relay for Life team, they have proudly earned the award for Most Money Raised Overall and Most Money Raised by a Business for the past two years.
Sheila serves on the bank’s Alzheimer’s Fundraising Committee, as well as the boards of Smoky Mountain Area Rescue Ministries and Kiwanis. Additionally, she serves as board member and treasurer for Taylor Faith Ministries.
I’m a proud mom to two wonderful boys, Taylor and Connor, and love being involved in the community that means so much to us.
